The petitioner has a grievance that the execution petition has not been disposed of by the Executing Court within the time fixed by this Court by its order dated 28.10.2014 in C.R. No.7180 of 2012. The petitioner may use all the resources at his command to convince the Court that the case must be disposed of within the time. I exhort to the Executing Judge as well to take the direction given by this Court on 28.10.2014 seriously and endeavour to dispose it of in the manner as directed by this Court.
