RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to official respondents No.3 to 5 to hand over the investigation of case FIR No.472, dated 30.04.2019, under Section 346 IPC, registered at Police Station Karnal Sadar, District Karnal, to respondent No.2 or some other independent agency. It is further prayed that respondents No.4 to 6 be directed to arrest respondent No.7 as an accused in the FIR as he is harassing and threatening the petitioner. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that after registration of the FIR, there is no progress in the investigation and thus, the same be handed over to some other independent agency. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.

Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and at the outset submits that after investigation, untraced report was prepared and the information in this regard has been submitted to the Court concerned After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for MEENU 2023.02.

CRM-M-4835-2023 -2withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies as available to him in accordance with law. Allowed as prayed for.
