Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking prearrest/blanket bail to the petitioner(s) in a complaint filed by Kamaljit Kaur pending before respondent No.2-Deputy Superintendent of Police, Police Lines, District Shri Mukatsar Sahib.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly conceded that there is no FIR registered against the petitioners by now and as such, present petition is not maintainable. However, learned counsel contended that a complaint has been filed against the petitioners and they are repeatedly being harassed on that basis.
