(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.120 dated 25.05.2025 registered under Section 15(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Bhattu Kalan, District Fatehabad, Haryana. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
