On 21.08.2023, the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that application of the petitioner seeking compassionate appointment has been rejected by an incompetent authority. The sole ground for rejection is that petitioner is overage and as per the policy, competent authority may relax the age condition.

Mr. Tarlok, learned counsel for respondent-bank submits that order has been passed by the competent authority and he needs short accommodation to place on record copy of order passed by the competent authority.

Adjourned to 29.08.2023."
