**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Vide order dated 27.6.2019 passed in CRM-M No.27375 of 2019, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the Court within a week and apply for regular bail. In the event of doing so, the Court was directed to decide the bail application on merits within further period of 7 days. Instead of complying with the order, the petitioner has filed this petition for anticipatory bail on the ground that the parties have compromised. The petitioner may comply with the order and show the factum of compromise before the Trial Court.
