As the petitioner was earlier on regular bail and then he absented from the proceedings and now, he has been in custody since 09.04.2018 and the FIR is of 2014, therefore, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial by giving short adjournments and if required, even day to day adjournments. The Investigating Officer and SHO of the concerned police station are directed to produce the witnesses before the trial Court at the earliest preferably on next 2-3 dates.
