However, learned counsel for the petitioner had not made appearance on the last date. Even today, none has made appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Seemingly, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition, more particularly, in view of the submission, so made by learned counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, the instant revision petition is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
