IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-3693 of 2020 Date of Decision: 28.01.2020 Jamila
...Petitioner
Versus
State of Punjab and others ....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN Present:- Mr. Anureet S. Sidhu, Advocate, for the petitioner. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 not to harass or humiliate petitioner and her family members by calling them again and again to the office of respondent No.3 at the behest of respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, to look into grievance of the petitioner after hearing her.
