Sohan Lal, Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division No.1, Hisar, District Hisar, filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 in Court today, is taken on record. A copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. As per the same, the requisite amount has been paid to the petitioner. 2.

That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present contempt petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present contempt petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn.
