* * * * RAVI SHANKER JHA, C.J. (ORAL) This writ petition relates to the cancellation of admission granted to the petitioner in the LL.B. (final year ) course by an order dated 05.03.2002 (Annexure P-4).

Vide an interim order dated 01.10.2002, the petitioner had been permitted to pursue further studies and also appear in the supplementary examination, if so required. Thereafter, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has also successfully or otherwise passed through the LL.B. course.

In the circumstances, without disturbing the interim order, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous as nothing survives for adjudication therein with the efflux of time.
