Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner has been transferred from District Kurukshetra to Ambala vide impugned order dated 14.01.2019 (Annexure P-2 whereas as per transfer policy /instructions dated 6.10.2004, no employee, who is in the last year of service, can be transferred, though petitioner is going to retire on 31.07.2019. In view of above, impugned order dated 14.02.2019 is set aside. Writ petition stands disposed of.
