(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for issuance of direction to the trial Court to decide the application of the petitioner for release of vehicle on sapurdari, registered at CNR No.PBS AA 10026552022, CIS No.CRM/400/2022 in case FIR No.0268 dated 17.09.2022, registered under Sections 385/506/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar, Mohali (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
