The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court in terms of Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking prayer by way of writ of mandamus for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant benefit of computed pension on the basis of last pay drawn by the petitioner with all consequential benefits along with interest and to decide the representation dated 15.7.2019, Annexure P-6.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the records, the present petition stands disposed off with DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2022.02.25 00:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 2038 of 2022 (O&M) -2the directions to the official respondents to consider the representation dated 15.7.2019, Annexure P-6 and decide the same, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
