Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside order dated 29.06.2021, Annexure P-6, and order dated 09.09.2021, Annexure P-8, passed by respondents No.3 and 2, respectively, whereby, firearm license of the petitioner has been cancelled. 2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedy available to him under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959. 3.
