(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondent No. 3-Superintendent of Police, Hisar, to take action on representation dated 05.12.2018 (Annexure P-4) and reminder dated 02.01.2019 (Annexure P-5) moved by the petitioner for taking action against the accused persons who have committed fraud with the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if, respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Hisar, is directed to look into representation dated 05.12.2018 (Annexure P-4), moved by the petitioner and do the needful.
In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, Hisar, is directed to look into the representation Annexure P-4 and, if necessary, do the needful, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The instant petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
