The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.161, dated 29.11.2025 under Section 110, 118(2), 115(2), 3(5) of BNS, registered at Police Station Joga District Mansa.

This Court vide order dated 27.01.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 27.01.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
Learned State counsel has stated that the petitioner has since joined investigation and that he is no longer required for further investigation as of now.
