 This petition has been filed by the petitioner/landlady challenging the dismissal of the ejectment petition filed by her, by the learned Rent Controller, Ludhiana, vide order dated 30.08.2007 as well as judgment dated 18.08.2012 passed by learned Appellate Authority, whereby order dated 30.08.2007 has been upheld. It is submitted that the respondent/tenant during the pendency of this petition has since vacated the demised premises, therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Affidavit dated 14.10.2018 executed by the petitioner in this respect filed in Court today is taken on record subject to just exceptions.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
