NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this 2nd petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 121 dated 22.06.2022 registered under Sections 302 and 304-B read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Loharu, District Bhiwani. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite the case having been called twice.
By placing on record status report dated 23.07.2024 by way of affidavit of Sh. Ashok Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Loharu), Bhiwani, Haryana, learned counsel for the State submits that vide judgment dated 07.05.2024, the petitioner was convicted by the learned trial Court and this fact has also been mentioned in para 10 of the status report (at page No. 6). Thus, it is submitted that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
