Present revision petition has been filed challenging order dated 11.09.2017 whereby application filed under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 was allowed.

As per e-Court website of District Courts Ludhiana, the matter was taken up before the National Lok Adalat and on the basis of statement suffered by plaintiff-petitioners herein on 11.10.2022, the main suit itself was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12.11.2022. 3.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
