GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order vide which he had been declared a proclaimed offender. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

However, in case the petitioner chooses to surrender before the trial Court within 15 days from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court shall endeavour to dispose the same expeditiously keeping in view the fact that offence alleged is offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
