The defendant, who wanted some documents to be received in evidence after his side was closed, was declined this prayer and hence aggrieved. The documents sought to be produced are permitted to be produced having regard to the fact that they are public documents, subject only to the payment of ` 10,000/-. Cost be deposited within two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. If the amount is not paid, the order passed already shall stand confirmed.
