HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing the impugned order dated 22.11.2022 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka, in Criminal Appeal No.301 of 2022 titled as Gurpreet Singh vs Narinder Singh in complaint No.NACT 226 of 2017 dated 14.06.2017 titled as Narinder Singh vs Gurpreet Singh, whereby, the petitioner has been ordered to deposit 20% of the compensation amount as awarded by learned trial Court within a period of 60 days.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
