The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner in FIR No.30, dated 01.03.2021, registered under Sections 22-C, 25, 29, 61, 85 NDPS Act, 1985 (Sections 420, 468, 467, 471, 120B IPC added later on) at Police Station Division No.4, Ludhiana. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 3.
