Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter has been settled between the parties and the Insurance Company has agreed to pay an amount of ₹3,45,000/- as full and final settlement over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal vide the impugned award. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellants states that the said offer has been accepted by the appellants as full and final settlement. 3.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off with a direction that the Insurance Company shall transfer a sum of ₹3,45,000/- proportionately in the accounts of the appellants within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be kept in fixed deposits by the Bank concerned since both the appellants are minors. The compliance shall be reported by the Bank to the Tribunal concerned. In case the Insurance Company fails to deposit the aforesaid amount in the accounts of the JITENDER KUMAR 2025.05.21 17:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

FAO-2122-2020 -2appellants within a period of four weeks, the appellants shall be entitled to interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of this order. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
