1. The petitioner seeks issuance of directions to be issued to the official respondents to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in the matter arising out of FIR No.337 dated 3.11.2023 registered at Police Station Chachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar, under Section 365 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Pursuant to furnishing of an advance copy of petition to the respondent - State of Haryana, Mr. Munish Sharma, DAG, Haryana has put in appearance and has informed that a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been constituted by respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, District Yamuna Nagar and that the matter is under investigation.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court does not deem it necessary to issue any direction. The instant petition, as such, is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, District Yamuna Pankaj Kakkar 2024.02.08 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
