       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.169 dated 20.12.2019, registered under Section 408 IPC, at Police Station Bahawala, District Fazilka. Vide order dated 14.02.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sukhmander Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
