Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that their son namely Amandeep has been falsely implicated in FIR No.8 dated 13.1.2020 under Sections 302, 506, 341, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kartarpur and that police in order to pressurize the entire family of the petitioners is unnecessarily raiding the house of the petitioners and is calling them to the police station time and again. 2.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of the averments/allegations made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar GAURAV SOROT 2020.01.31 11:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
