CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI Present:- Mr. Vikram Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.
RITU BAHRI J.(Oral) Challenge in this revision petition is to order dated 24.08.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Karnal vide which the application under Order 21 Rule 32 CPC has been dismissed. In the impugned order, it has been rightly observed that even in the earlier application, the petitioner/decree holder has sought delivery of possession of the suit property which clearly proves that the story regarding his dispossession after the dismissal of the earlier execution has been subsequently coined by him in order to make the basis for filing of the impugned application. No ground is made out to interfere in order dated 24.08.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Karnal The petition stands dismissed.
