Dated Police Station Sections 15.12.2021 Vigilance Bureau Punjab, Range Bathinda, District Bathinda 7, 13(1)(a), 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC Seeking quashing of FIR captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 2.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the petition afresh or revision challenging the order of framing of charges.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
