The matter was taken up yesterday and was adjourned to today on the request of learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of counsel for the petitioner. Today, though a receipt for payment of Rs.10,000/- has been placed on the file, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice. In view of the above, the Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
