(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner, in a case arising from FIR No.281 dated 12.12.2018, registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act, 1985, Police Station Sadar Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana.

According to the prosecution, petitioner was apprehended with conscious possession of 80 grams of heroine. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FSL report has not yet been received. Petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2018.

In view of above, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted interim bail subject to his SONIKA 2019.01.31 12:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
