Counsel for the respondent-tenant on 20.07.2018 had pointed out that the petitioner-landlord had agreed to sell the property to the legal heirs of the tenant-respondent.
Counsel for the petitioner also admits that the agreement to sell has been entered into. However, he submits that as per the agreement to sell, the target date for execution and registration of the sale deed is November, 2018. He submits, on instructions, that in case the aforesaid agreement to sell does not mature into sale deed, he be granted liberty to move an application for revival.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an application for revival if the agreement to sell does not mature into sale deed.
