******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of FIR No.181 dated 27.05.2014 registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 506, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code and 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959 along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

As per report of trial Court dated 10.05.2019, no written compromise was produced before the trial Court and only petitioners No.2, 3, 12, 13, 16 and 19 appeared and made statements about compromise and other petitioners did not appear. Even in this petition, no person has been impleaded as party with whom the compromise is alleged to have taken place. Complainant/injured have not been impleaded as party. Keeping in view the report of learned Magistrate, this petition seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromises cannot be allowed. Dismissed.
