ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Prayer in this application is for dismissing the revision petition on the ground that the civil suit, first appeal as well as the Regular Second Appeal have already been decided.
Respondents have placed on record copies of the judgments passed by the trial Court, first appellate Court and this Court in Regular Second Appeal.
The revision petition was filed by the plaintiffs against order directing the plaintiffs to pay ad valorem court fee. Since, the main suit itself has been decided, therefore, the application is allowed and the Civil Revision No.92 of 2006 is dismissed as infructuous.
