MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision-petition, while submitting that the parties have already arrived at an amicable settlement of their dispute and thus, this petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the respondents acknowledges the factum of the amicable settlement/compromise having been arrived at between the parties and further submits that he has no objection in the withdrawal of the present revision-petition.
