       This petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed seeking appointment of an arbitrator. The respondents have filed an application bringing on record the fact that they have already nominated an arbitrator, to which the applicant has no objection. He submits that the applicant-company now wishes to nominate their arbitrator so that the matter can proceed further. In the circumstances, both the counsel for the parties submit that no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition which may be disposed of permitting the parties to take further steps to constitute an Arbitral Tribunal and proceed with the matter.
