Present revision petition is directed against the order passed by court below whereby application of the petitioner under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC for amendment of the plaint has been rejected. Admittedly, case was instituted in the year 2010. It is at the stage of culmination. In fact it is fixed for arguments today itself. On perusal of the impugned order, I find no infirmity with the same. Plaintiff-petitioner has already led evidence in support of his case. Needless to observe that petitioner shall be at liberty to refer to the evidence at the stage of arguments. Petition is without any merit and is hereby dismissed.
