AJAY TEWARI, J. (ORAL) By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the extension of six months' time granted to the authorities to complete the investigation in respect of goods and machinery which has been seized. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would not press this petition but now since all the documents have been submitted more than two months ago, some time limit be given for completion of investigation.
