Admittedly, the petitioner is the executant of the sale deed dated 09.11.2016. He has filed a suit for its annulment. 2.

In view of the judgment in Suhrid Singh alias Sardool Singh v. Randhir Singh and Others (2010)12 SCC 112 as well as Full Bench judgment of this Court in Niranjan Kaur v. Nirbigan Kaur 1981 AIR (Punjab & Haryana) 368, the trial Court has correctly directed the petitioner to pay ad valorem court fee on the sale consideration. 3.
