DEEPAK MANCHANDA, J.(ORAL) The petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 Constitution of India directing respondents No.2 to 4 to protect their life and liberty, who are facing threats from respondents No.4 to 6, as they are residing in live-in relationship.

Learned counsel submits petitioner No.1 is a minor, whereas petitioner No.2 is a major and are residing in live-in relationship. He further submits that apprehending threat from the private respondents, the petitioners have submitted representation to respondents No.2 and 3 through post on 23.1.2023 (Annexure P-3) which has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prays that keeping in view the threat perception, the petitioners would be satisfied if their representation dated 23.1.2003 (Annexure P-3) submitted before the official respondents be ordered to be decided expeditiously.

Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, respondent No.2 is directed to look into the representation dated 23.1.2023 (Annexure P-3) and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.

Petition is disposed of.
