***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has informed that the appellant - Ashok Kumar has since expired. He has filed photocopies of death certificate of the appellant as well as verification report dated 12.5.2025 of Station House Officer, Police Station Sadar Gurugram, which are taken on record. As per death certificate the appellant has expired on 16.11.2019. In view of the aforestated position, the proceedings qua appellant/accused Ashok Kumar stand abated.

The appeal stands disposed off accordingly.
