The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, 2023 seeking setting aside of the judgment dated 12.01.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana vide which summoning order dated 26.11.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samrala in FIR No.175 dated 11.10.2018 under Sections 406, 498-A, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Machhiwara Sahib, District Ludhiana, has been set aside. 2.

Learned counsel for parties are ad idem that since the matter has been settled between the parties, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and seek disposal of the same as such.
