Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.0126 dated 06.10.2022 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professional (Regulation) Act, 2014 at Police Station Division No.1, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 30.01.2024 petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two lacs only) through two Banker's Cheque/Demand Draft No.842110 dated 29.02.2024 and learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer of Police Station Division No.1, District Jalandhar admits the factum of deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lacs only) before the Trial Court and submits that and has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation. 3.
