(Oral) Petitioner-Association has filed the present Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing official respondent to calculate the basic pension as per the definition of emoluments given in Officers Service Regulation by including the component of dearness allowance as per law.
