The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.111, dated 05.09.2025 under Sections 61(2), 232(1) and 351 (2) read with Section 3(5), registered at Police Station Tigaon, Faridabad, District Faridabad. 2.

This Court vide order dated 22.01.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 22.01.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Status report filed by way of an affidavit of Varun Kumar, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Crime-II Faridabad, today in Court, is taken on record.
