On asking of the Court, Mr. Rajiv Sidhu, DAG, Haryana, accept notice on behalf of respondent-State. He does not raise any serious objection, if the prayer made in the application is allowed. In view of the averments mentioned in the present application, same is allowed. Consequently, Sandeep Sharma S/o Subhash Chandra Sharma, resident of Tubewell Brahman Mohalla, Talwana Alwar, Rajashtan is ordered to be impleaded as respondent No. 7 in the array of respondents.

Main Case 1.

Through present petition, petitioner seeks for setting aside of the impugned direction/letter No 1/221/GGM/SPCA/2022/3264 dated 09.11.2022 issued by respondent No. 2.

Short reply dated 21.04.2023 filed by learned State counsel is taken on record.

Learned State counsel relies upon paragraph No. 9 of the said reply, which is quoted here-in-below:

"9.

That on receipt of the report of Commissioner of Police, Gurugram vide No. 253/RDR dated 05.01.2023, the matter was re-considered by the SPCA and orders issued on dated 21.10.2022 have been withdrawn vide order dated 07.02.2023. True typed copy of order dated 07.02.2023 is annexed herewith as Annexure R-2."

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State counsel and counsel for newly added respondent No. 7. 5.

In view of paragraph No. 9 of the said reply, no further interference is called for. Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
