A judgment debtor who has suffered an ex parte decree had an objection to be filed that in the contemporaneous suits filed by the Wakf Board, which was unable to establish its title. This can hardly be an objection for judgment debtor to be pleaded in defence and object to the execution process. The judgment debtor shall be barred by Section 11 CPC from raising any objection. The objection is untenable and rightly rejected by the court below.

There is no merit in the revision petition. The revision petition is dismissed.
