As noticed in the order dated 29.05.2019, since the paper book of the case was not available with the Registry, learned counsel for the parties had been directed to furnish the same.

Time was sought by learned counsel for the petitioner for the aforesaid purpose on a number of occasions, however, the needful has not been done.

In view of the above, there is no option but to dismiss the present revision petition for want of prosecution, reserving with the parties, a liberty to get the same revived.

Ordered accordingly.
