**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside of impugned order dated 31.08.2017 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Pehowa, whereby the evidence of the petitioner-defendant has been closed.
Perusal of impugned order dated 31.08.2017 shows that the evidence of the plaintiff was closed on 23.02.2017 and thereafter sufficient opportunities were granted to the defendant(s) to conclude their evidence.
Learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant submits that only one last effective opportunity be provided to the petitioner to examine DW Nakli Singh.

Keeping in view the facts of the present case, the instant revision petition is allowed.
